The mind has two aspects : the conscious part which always reasoning and the subconscious part which has an accumulation of wisdom of ages. With relaxed awareness, you can grow increasing confidence to cope up with life as you learn to assign your problems to your RIGHT brain for solution.

Your conscious mind, the LEFT brain is routine and deductive which immediately rejects the query on an unfamiliar question which then make you to become anxious and frustrated.. That is why the LEFT brain is the wrong machine to use.

Your RIGHT brain is your subconscious mind which will always locate the missing data for the solution to any problem knowing that your reasoning mind cannot arrive at the answer.

Now you can turn your problem to your subconscious mind and trust your innerself to deliver the answer at the RIGHT TIME. You will not allow anxiety to rob you of your peace of mind. You now can enjoy time with your family and friends and get a better solution to the problem as well.

How do you constantly get into a state of relaxed awareness? You must constantly allow your brain waves to oscillate at alpha level. At alpha level, the chattering mind in kept in abeyance and allow your RIGHT brain to bring your answers. Keep on polishing your RIGHT brain of yours
and you will know whether the gut feelings is talking or your EGO which often brings you the wrong answers.

How to polish your RIGHT brain. Apart from the many simple steps which can be done without really much trying, here are some great tips on how to polish up your right brain immediately.

Listen to music. Allow your mind to settle along with the music waves. Once your right and the left brain is balance, your right brain becomes very powerful. Meditative slow music increases the speed of the balance between the right and left brain.

Get out your routine nature. At your leisure, you ought to do things differently. This is an exposure to improve your flexibility, adapt and accept changes quickly. Being able to do that is a great way to cut down your panic and anxiety attack.

Color up your life. Color holds and improves your memory to at least 78%. Why is this a great help? You can easily recall details when they are in colored with can be a great aid in problem solving.

Movement. Rigid posture decreases flexibility as your body refuse to go beyond certain limit set by yourself. With improvement movement, you can test, stretch and achieve new limits for yourself. There will never be the word “IMPOSSIBLE” in your dictionary once you tested and

Creative visualization is having your thinking stretch beyond your normal comprehension.  Why do you need creative visualization?  Creative visualization allows you to solve your problems quickly, brings you the solution you need, expands your horizon and create great emotional experience. 

Creative visualization brings excitement in your life as you have created the interest and passion  in your thinking and that will initiate and align your physical force to action out  your creative visualization and bring forth your visualization into reality.

Now how do you achieve developing mind power to have creative visualization?  Remember, everyone is talking about how powerful creative visualization, but none talks about how to get to a creative visualization and manifest it into reality.

Developing mind power to gain creative visualization is much needed when you are faced with a problem you have never encounter before.  For example, you need to design a garden requested by a friend and you know art is the last thing you want to do or come out with a report or analysis you have never done before.

So now, how do you create something in your mind of which you have never experienced before?
When you are bestowed on a task out of your comfort zone, you will feel stress leading to panic and anxiety building up.

1. Magic moments come from being fully present. You might be feeling the soft breeze on your face, smelling a baby’s hair or eating an apple - but whatever you are doing, you’re not lost in thoughts of the past or future, but fully alive in the here-and-now. Right now, let your thoughts slow down and drift past without grabbing hold of them, and bring yourself into this unique moment. What can you see, hear, feel or smell right now? How does your body feel? What is happening around you? Can you feel the magic?

2. Next time you are in a crowded place - perhaps a queue, busy shopping street, railway station or cafe ! - spend a few minutes looking around at the faces around you, seeing everyone here as part of you. Gaze at each person, accepting them totally as an aspect of yourself. See Spirit, God, Goddess, Divine, the Universe in each of them. Surround each person in white light, sending them your love. Allow yourself to merge with them all, experiencing your Oneness. Be aware (beware) of any ‘better than’ or ‘less than’ judgments that might pass through your mind, and remind yourself that in judging others, you judge yourself.

3. Start simplifying your life.
If you don’t know where to start grab pen and paper, and ask yourself: “What do I need to do to simplify my life?” Listen to your heart and be open to whatever answers will come.

Or you might feel moved to take small, easy steps at first- such as not listening to the news, shopping less often, or limiting your wardrobe to two or three basic colors, which suit you.

Anger Increases Injury Time

I was reaching home and heard this brief update on the news over the radio.  Anger increases injury time.  Do you think that is true?? An emotional outburst can create such a great difference?

Well, that is true.  A small spark can create a huge difference in our lives and can lead to a huge unpeaceful disruption if you did not check it properly.

Anger increases a big jump in your stress level.  During the anger, the body  will release toxins into your system and this cuts off the absorption of nutrients that is much needed to heal the body.
Apart from this there are greater effects of anger, losing of focus, increase of heart beat, increase of stress and anxiety leading to panic attack.  Anger stress have negative effects on your body and with this anger will increase your injury time.

How do you deal with anger?

There are many ways to deal with anger.

Colors To Stamp Our Memory

Hmm .. What does that mean? Many of us allow what we see to pass us by without making a mark in our memory. By making a mark in our memory could uplift and change our lives into a better course.

Creative intelligence was never born. It must be nurtured and cultivated. Remember our subconscious never stop. It works 24 hours even though we are asleep. Why not create more stamps in our lives and imprint them into our subconscious mind.

Now why do we need to do that? Have you see your friends and colleagues just happen to stumble upon a great idea? That made them famous and most likeable at the moment because they have solve a problem. The idea brought by them born a solution that kills the frustration.

Now how did they manage to do that? Were they born a genius? Are they just happen to be lucky? Well, neither. Along the path of living, they stamped their memory with experiences into their subconscious and conscious mind. These experiences were very much retained and had not leaked out from their system.

When they were giving a problem solving tasks, they managed to dig deep within themselves, the experiences they have gathered to fit into an idea to solve the problem.

You would question, how would you gather your life experiences and stamp into your memory. Work with colors in everyday of your life. Boost and elevate your Right Brain power with colors.

Let try something here.. Look at 2 exact pictures of a waterfall. One in color and the other in the shade of grey. Now run the feelings within you. How did you feel when you are looking at the color water fall? How did you feel when you are looking at the shade of grey water fall?

Which one imprint in your memory better? I am sure would be the color picture of the water fall. You could see details, the trees and the shrubs beside the water fall and the rushing forceful water through the rocks. You can even describe the picture better.

The instantaneous glance of a colorful experience will stamp your memory for life and you can recollect the powerful feelings even in many years to come. This is why colors stamps our memory.

How simple can that be.. So work with colors in everyday of your lives. One of the baby methods is to use color ink pens all over your notes, to bring out the powerful points for your memory to easily grab.

Wear colorful clothes instead of just shades grey and black. I know they are corporate colors, but dare to be different and bold with colors to make you distinctive and memorable. Your confidence will be hyped up as you no longer follow the herd and stands out to be a leader.

Life comes in many shades, stop staying in one color and be dull and nerdy in your life. You can achieve some extraordinary breakthough by using colors in your life. It can be just simple as that.

How We Co-Create

The process of co-creation is how we work with the Universe (LOA) to create every aspect of our reality. We may believe that we are using our power when we create the wonderful things in our lives but the Universe (LOA) does not  distinguish between good and bad, it simply responds to our requests. We can co-create consciously or unconsciously and it is our unconscious requests, those that we make out of fear, that seem to generate the most immediate results. Whether we co-create abundance or lack, love or fear, joy or sadness, we use the same process. This process uses our intention, emotions and beliefs to create the reality that we live in.
Our intention
is what we focus our thoughts on and every thought creates our reality. Our emotions add energy to our intention. So when we are upset, sad or afraid that is the energy that we add to our intentions. Have you ever noticed that when
things go bad they only seem to get worse? And things begin to improve once we change our focus from being upset about a situation to creating a solution. When our emotional energy shifts we change the energy that we are adding to our intentions and then we can co-create something else.
When we do not
believe that we deserve something but we ask for it anyway, we send confusing messages to the Universe. We ask but don’t think we will receive because we don’t deserve it. Or we know it won’t happen for us. So nothing happens because
we have to believe that we deserve blessings before we can manifest them. Our of the thousands of thoughts we have each day, how many of them are consciously creating what we want and how many are unconsciously creating more of what we want to change?
As long as we
see ourselves as insignificant, powerless and our lives as being out of our control we will use all of the power of the Universe, which is at our disposal, to create that. Once we begin to understand the power of our thoughts and how
intention, emotion and beliefs all work together to create our reality, creating abundance, joy, unconditional love and peace will be easy. This week take time to pay attention to your thoughts. Are you unconsciously creating more of what you don’t want? Do your thoughts mirror what you want in your
reality? Changing thoughts is easy once you learn how to recognize those that limit you. Are your beliefs in line with what you are asking for? If not, you may be blocking your own manifestation. Pay attention to your thoughts and you will consciously co-create the reality that you know can be yours when you co-create powerfully, with  your intention, emotions and beliefs working together to create the reality of your dreams.

Can move in a way that guarantees that your goals are achieved, or are you at the mercy of luck?Yes, you can achieve your goals effortlessly. As much as your logical mind may tell you that effortless goal achievement is impossible, that is still a conditioned belief. For evidence, look to nature.How do you suppose a tiny seed grows into a giant tree with no construction workers supervising the ‘building’ of that tree? How do you suppose you grew without any effort on your part from a tiny egg and sperm into a full grown being? Yes, you ate, but you didn’t have to do anything to grow. How do you suppose this entire planet has sustained itself for millions and millions of years without any trucks coming in from outer space with food and material deliveries? Nature, by nature, moves forward effortlessly.

And that brings us to the part about the guarantee. Yes, your goals can be achieved in a guaranteed way. The amazing thing about the universe is that it is an organized place. The whole of it is one big miracle! And what keeps it going is what you may call laws of the universe. Now, these laws never err even once (you can imagine what a disaster that would be if they did).

So here is how your guarantee comes in: If you flow against these laws, then you have to struggle to achieve anything. If you flow with the laws, then, by nature, you enter effortlessness.

Now we shall look at the one law that we need to know about for effortless achievement of your goals.This is the Law of Attraction. Scientifically, you may think of it as harmony, like in music. Sounds that are of a matching frequency and wavelength will resonate and create harmony. They build upon each other. In fact, they activate each other. When you strike a pitching fork when in a silent room, any object that would resonate with the sound coming from that tuning fork will begin to vibrate and hum in resonance! Do you see the science behind that? Like energy attracts and builds, unlike energy repels and destroys.

Ok, now let us look at something else. In the above example, it must have occurred to you that it is the vibration from the tuning fork that activated other objects in the room to vibrate as well. Vibration. That is the key. Everything in this universe is made of energy. In fact, it is not made of energy, it is energy. It is only your five senses that trick you into seeing forms. Forms are simply the brain’s interpretation of various energy activities. Now, all energy vibrates. You vibrate. In fact, you are like a giant transmitter and receiver, always sending out and receiving frequencies. That is why you hear a cheap radio crackle with interference when you walk near the antennae. So let us get that settled. You vibrate, and that vibration rate changes. For example, when you are happy, you vibrate faster and you feel lighter. And vice versa. In fact, everything becomes lighter as it increases its vibration (think of ice becoming water and then steam through the action of heating and thus raising vibration). So you vibrate and so does everything else.

So what? Simple. Let us quickly review.1. Vibration is in everything, including you and the things you desire in your goals.2. Like vibration matches, attracts, and builds. Unlike vibration repels and destroys.

3. This is a Universal Law that never once decides to act otherwise. You can call it the Law of Attraction. It is based on the scientific working of energy, the stuff we and everything else is.

Therefore, to get or achieve something, match yourself with its vibration. How do you know what your vibration is? You know by what you feel. Your feelings are your indicator of your vibration. And your imagination, your thoughts, activates your feelings.

Let us see exactly how that is done. These steps can be expanded for more accuracy, but the following quick summary will get you started very well.

1. First, decide what your goal is. For this example, let us assume that your goal is to have a new car. Write that down. It is very important that you write it down, as that crystallizes your thoughts and gives a boost to the manifestation process.

Next, get some pictures that are similar to the end result of your goals. You will use these to help you imagine, visualize, and therefore match your vibration to your achieved goal and therefore make it happen. For example, if you wish to have a new car, get some pictures of the type of car you would like. You can get those free off the internet. If you know exactly which model of a car you would like, get pictures of that model.

Now it is time to program your conscious and subconscious mind, and your emotions, so that they all match your goal. In our new car example, take some quiet time to familiarize yourself with how it would feel like to actually have this new car. First of all, clearly write down the features you would like in this new car. We shall call this the form. Now, even more importantly, write down the feelings you expect to get from this new car. Include feelings, sights, sounds, tastes, smells, and touch. Also write down the benefits you expect to get from this car, and the reasons why you desire this new car. We shall call this the essence.

In your mind, combine the form and the essence, and the pictures you collected. The idea is to familiarize your conscious and unconscious mind, and your emotions, with the total feelings of having achieved your goal already. Close your eyes and just imagine yourself at the point just after you achieve your goal. Run that movie in your mind’s eye, including all aspects of form and essence. Do this 10, 20 or even 100 times, as many as you feel is necessary until it feels natural to you. It should feel like the next natural step is for it to actually happen. Once you capture the totality of that feeling, you have got yourself a matching vibration to your goal.

Next, clear yourself of any vibrations that contradict your goal. You cannot achieve a goal if you vibrate against it. For example, a contrary vibration is disbelief or a feeling that you are not worthy or capable of achieving such a goal.

Once you have your matching vibration and have eliminated contradicting vibrations, you are done. Whenever you think of your goal, bring up the total feeling. Whenever a contrary feeling comes up, gently let it go (don’t engage it) and bring up the matching feeling.

Detach yourself from two things: time and form. The universe delivers by essence primarily. The feeling you put out, the essence, is what will come back. In other words, the solution that will be brought to you will bring you the essence you held when you were visualizing your goal. Sometimes that form may be the exact one you had in mind, sometimes it will be different. Just know two things; the universe always delivers, but in its infinite intelligence it delivers in the form most suitable to the essence it received. What does this mean to you? Well, for one, don’t insist that your new car will come through any particular sequence of steps, or from your income and savings, or from a particular shop, and so on. Don’t insist on the particular car (form). Don’t insist on the timing. You do not know what the most efficient delivery is. Your view is definitely more limited than that of the universe. Any insisting will only mess with the vibration (you will feel disappointed because you will have judged yourself so based on your insisting). Let go. Detach yourself from form and time. For certain, a form that accurately matches the essence you put out will be delivered to you. That is guaranteed. Let go, detach, as if it didn’t matter. Let go of that feeling of neediness.

Act when called upon. As you go about your life, certain things and people will come your way. This is the universe orchestrating a synchronicity of events that will lead to your goal being achieved. Stay present and alert. When these come, act upon them. Remember always to be detached. Act purely for the sake of acting, not insisting on a particular outcome. You will find yourself miraculously having achieved your goal, out of the blue, step by step, in a most amazing way that you could not possibly have planned for!

It is very true that you can have anything if you believe it. But remember, if you are having trouble finding your faith, simply look instead at the system, and you will see that faith is not even necessary, once you know that the system has been created by the Creator to work perfectly all the time, regardless. What you put in is what you get out. Your job, then, is simply not to think against yourself, and as long as you don’t think against yourself, all your desires will naturally manifest. I wish you the highest possible achievements.
