Developing Mind Power

The mind brings dreams to reality if you know how to use it. You can create reality when you find steps in developing mind power. ‘Think and grow rich!” Changes, nurturing, internalization are a process in developing your mind power.

Fall short of one step will definitely delay your process, not that your reality will not come true, the route will be slightly rougher and harder.

Your ability to change, your ability to accept and your power to let go are a series of attributes in developing your mind power. Most of us dwell on fear and the past that led us to keep on pivoting around it, eventually drown and blind us to recognize the road to success.

Focus is the ultimate power. Clutters thoughts are diversion which are lack of goals and direction. Without fixation, you can never conquer your mind. Developing mind power will help you master your mind and master your life. Improving your focus and not let dream stealers to choke your path of glory. Strong focus does not uphold unwavering thoughts but determination, powerful self belief, persistency, commitment and lastly patience.

Embracing changes are the largest hurdle you have to face. New lessons, adapting and accepting new deviation are always higher steps leading to your success. Your power to change easily will create rapid moves towards your creation to reality. Your power to let go will allow you to release the bad past experience and see the future in a clean and clear learning space. You will embrace no failure and take unforseen turns as life lessons.

Your mind is liken to a garden. “As A Man Thinketh” ~ James Allen. You can choose to grow your garden with beautiful flowers or let others or yourself to plant weeds in it.

Nurturing is a process to kill the weeds as when it starts to grow. Listening to motivational tapes and reading empowering quotes will keep reinforcing your foundation your belief. Your strengthening belief will kill doubts, anxiety and fear. Without doubt and fear, your mind will be engaging at optimum performance. Developing mind power will intensify your self confidence. With renewed power, you are braced with a positive attitude towards new challenges. The positive thinker sees the invisible feels the tangible and achieves the impossible.

Visualization and affirmations are the common processes to hold our dreams. But many of us uses it with disbelief
that is why it does not work. Repetition is the key to success. A process is much needed to practice these process consistently and with commitment. Subliminal softwares are lazy ways to program your subconscious mind with positive thoughts to result to subtle changes in your life.

Colors To Stamp Our Memory

Hmm .. What does that mean? Many of us allow what we see to pass us by without making a mark in our memory. By making a mark in our memory could uplift and change our lives into a better course.

Creative intelligence was never born. It must be nurtured and cultivated. Remember our subconscious never stop. It works 24 hours even though we are asleep. Why not create more stamps in our lives and imprint them into our subconscious mind.

Now why do we need to do that? Have you see your friends and colleagues just happen to stumble upon a great idea? That made them famous and most likeable at the moment because they have solve a problem. The idea brought by them born a solution that kills the frustration.

Now how did they manage to do that? Were they born a genius? Are they just happen to be lucky? Well, neither. Along the path of living, they stamped their memory with experiences into their subconscious and conscious mind. These experiences were very much retained and had not leaked out from their system.

When they were giving a problem solving tasks, they managed to dig deep within themselves, the experiences they have gathered to fit into an idea to solve the problem.

You would question, how would you gather your life experiences and stamp into your memory. Work with colors in everyday of your life. Boost and elevate your Right Brain power with colors.

Let try something here.. Look at 2 exact pictures of a waterfall. One in color and the other in the shade of grey. Now run the feelings within you. How did you feel when you are looking at the color water fall? How did you feel when you are looking at the shade of grey water fall?

Which one imprint in your memory better? I am sure would be the color picture of the water fall. You could see details, the trees and the shrubs beside the water fall and the rushing forceful water through the rocks. You can even describe the picture better.

The instantaneous glance of a colorful experience will stamp your memory for life and you can recollect the powerful feelings even in many years to come. This is why colors stamps our memory.

How simple can that be.. So work with colors in everyday of your lives. One of the baby methods is to use color ink pens all over your notes, to bring out the powerful points for your memory to easily grab.

Wear colorful clothes instead of just shades grey and black. I know they are corporate colors, but dare to be different and bold with colors to make you distinctive and memorable. Your confidence will be hyped up as you no longer follow the herd and stands out to be a leader.

Life comes in many shades, stop staying in one color and be dull and nerdy in your life. You can achieve some extraordinary breakthough by using colors in your life. It can be just simple as that.

I Feel Good

How do you make yourself feel good instantly??
Just practice these simple ways.  Every morning when you wake up, whilst looking at the mirror, tell yourself .. “I feel good! ”

You will have to maintain the “I feel good! ” energy through out the day.  How do you to that?
Start smiling.  You put on a small smile when you see a face even at people you do not know. You don’t need to be bothered even if they do not smile back at  you.

Smile and when you look at something wonderful.  Something wonderful could be a flower, a soft toy, a baby or anything thing that make you feel pleasant. When you are doing that you are acknowledging GOD’s abundance and you get more beautiful pleasant things to start flooding in your life.

Doing these two simple exercises have its merits.  You will be putting your head high, walking in confidence in a graceful and harmonious manner.  You shoulder can’t never be slouch nor droop and believe me,  in these moment you can never be sad.  You feel so blessed with life.

Prosperity, Wealth, Abundance, Manifestation of Relationship, Healing of illness, Achieving of Goals, Building Self Confidence are all the perfect end results we are all hoping and wishing for.
How many of us failed and how many did succeed?

“The Secret” - The Law Of Attraction caught the glimpse where our thoughts are manifested into reality.  That is so true as many people have done it.  They think of an idea and then carried into action thus realizing their dreams.

Why many of us could not follow the same train of thought??

Here are the missing keys to the Law of Attraction..

1) Being a Master
There are so many dream stealers around us that when we exposed our ideas or dreams to them, they dampen it up for us.  They will negate and cloud up our destiny that our vision do not hold any more.  How do we cut out these dream stealer and become a Master of Our Destiny?

2) Internalization Process.
All of us are held back because of our life bad experiences. A child is full of purity, courage and confidence.  He held no fear nor doubt and dare to meet and explore challenges that bring him new experiences.  Along the way, he was programed by his parents, his teachers, the media, his friends and bad experiences that began to lock him in a box.  We have to be honest that the past had indeed held us back which make us no longer dare to explore and take risks.

We have let so much of opportunities that can bring us wealth, health and happiness to past us by.
Unless you have the tool or an internalizing process for us to detach, release and let go, we can never climb out of the box that has locked us to attract the things we want to manifest in our lives.

4) Consistent and persistent nurturing.
After letting go of the past, there must be a system to keep nurturing us that miracles and success do happen.  Conceive, Believe and Achieve - Napoleon Hill.  The belief system must be very strong as the path to success is never a straight line.  We have to sustain a power within us to capture our dreams by using role model or tracking our small success building up to bigger ones.

5) Design Techniques
There many techniques out there in the market such as alpha mind, goal setting techniques, visualization, affirmations, brain entrainment methods plus many others to super boost your mind power. The most common ones such as visualizations and affirmations techniques yet simple can reach deep within oneself with the correct way of doing it.

Some after awhile will feel silly repeating the affirmation when doubt and disbelief starts to cave in.  Being simple is never easy as the ego that “know it all” stop us from practicing them consistently.

Attracting the RIGHT things with our mind works best with a calm mind and the power to take action. Remember the Law of Attraction works with a lot of factors towards fulfilling our goal.
Falling short of a mechanism, the process of attraction will definitely failed.

Britney Spears .. Lost of Focus, lack of confidence, high level of stress.

What if she has stress relief techniques? Techniques to build self confidence? A relaxation technique? Would Britney Spears be in the following state?

Off late news, Britney Spears had lost her custody of her children.  She has gone into a series of high risk moves. Spears was charged last month with hit and run and driving without a valid license after she allegedly smashed her car into another in a parking lot in August. Britney is also deemed  a ““habitual, frequent and continuous”” user of drugs and alcohol.

Can we review why such an intelligent, wealthy girl is being spiral down into a pit of negativity.Can she get out of it? It there a way out of this?

Anyone of us can be like her when we start to lose our focus, we will be peaking out,  mostly in our stress band.  In the stress band, all of your thoughts are irrational.  Any actions out of this outcome can be destructive.  The actions can be injurious and critical. We end up doing the wrong things and blaming it on a string of bad luck.  Is that really true? Or we are responsible for the bad luck appearing in our lives as we have attracted them indefinitely?

Now how do we get out of this?
Regain our focus.
The instantaneous techniques of regaining our focus is getting into a relax state.  At this state, your brain waves are traveling at 8- 14 cycles per second. All of your thoughts can be achieved at this state.  Our mind is clear of stress and worries at the Alpha level.  You will be having an empty mind.  With an empty mind,  you will be living in the moment where you can focus on what is in priority.  You will know what is right for you as you can feel within your inner self that the outcome will make you feel good.

Counting your blessings frequently.
We take things for granted. All the abundance around us, goodness we have received, friends around us often go unnoticed.  Start counting your blessings and these blessings will stay with you for a long long time.  Show your gratitude by saying “thank you” is the utmost way of counting your blessings. Showing your gratitude often builds a relationship between us and the Creator.
The Law of Universe will work faster to assist us in getting our solutions.

Get a guided track to clear you daily stress debris out of your system.  You do not need to understand how or why it work.  Just do it consistently and in a few days or weeks, you will be traveling in a calm band for you to peak at optimum performance.
