Creative visualization is having your thinking stretch beyond your normal comprehension.  Why do you need creative visualization?  Creative visualization allows you to solve your problems quickly, brings you the solution you need, expands your horizon and create great emotional experience. 

Creative visualization brings excitement in your life as you have created the interest and passion  in your thinking and that will initiate and align your physical force to action out  your creative visualization and bring forth your visualization into reality.

Now how do you achieve developing mind power to have creative visualization?  Remember, everyone is talking about how powerful creative visualization, but none talks about how to get to a creative visualization and manifest it into reality.

Developing mind power to gain creative visualization is much needed when you are faced with a problem you have never encounter before.  For example, you need to design a garden requested by a friend and you know art is the last thing you want to do or come out with a report or analysis you have never done before.

So now, how do you create something in your mind of which you have never experienced before?
When you are bestowed on a task out of your comfort zone, you will feel stress leading to panic and anxiety building up.

Under these negative conditions, you can never think of a perfect solution to your problem.  And this is the  time, you really seek for your perfect solution which is your answer to your problem.

In developing mind power to gain creative visualization, first you need to get detached.  You can get detached by dropping your brain waves to the alpha level.  Once you are at the alpha level, you will be feeling calm and focus cutting out the doubt, fear and anxiety in your mind.  Your performance will be at the optimum at this stage.  Thinking out of the box is not a problem and you will be just thinking at the perfect solution.

I am sure you are excited by now.  How do you get your brain waves to drop to alpha level?  This is as easy as it gets.  Just listen to soft meditative music.  It will silent your chattering mind  that is keeping your inner powers away.  Once your mind is silent, you will have the power to bring up
your intuition and your innerself will bring forth the answers you need. 

You also need other steps in developing your mind power is to keep on working on your creative nature so that you are able to handle events and happenings out of your comfort zone and not shun them away with it starts to happen.

How to keep on bringing up and polishing your creative nature.  One of way of developing mind power is to work with colors in your life.  Colors enhance your memory by at least 78%.  This helps you to recollect and flash back to understand the situation accurately and quickly.

Another way in bringing up your creative nature without much effort and end up developing your mind power subconsciously is to try to do things differently.  Doing things differently will periodically get you out of your comfort zone. You are now stretching your emotional experience along with this.  This is a great help in developing your mind power to gain great creative visualization and you will be able to  keep your stress out when you are thinking of your perfect
solution. With that you know you have the power to handle everything.

Another powerful simple and effective way is movement.  Moving your body such as dancing improves your flexibility.  Most of us resist change and it creates stress.  Breaking out your body in your normal mode allow you to adapt to changes.  Your creative visualization will definitely
manifest in reality once you are able to develop your mind power.  No point having a creative visualization in your imagination without having a power to create them into reality.

5 Ways to Step into the Magic of Living

1. Magic moments come from being fully present. You might be feeling the soft breeze on your face, smelling a baby’s hair or eating an apple - but whatever you are doing, you’re not lost in thoughts of the past or future, but fully alive in the here-and-now. Right now, let your thoughts slow down and drift past without grabbing hold of them, and bring yourself into this unique moment. What can you see, hear, feel or smell right now? How does your body feel? What is happening around you? Can you feel the magic?

2. Next time you are in a crowded place - perhaps a queue, busy shopping street, railway station or cafe ! - spend a few minutes looking around at the faces around you, seeing everyone here as part of you. Gaze at each person, accepting them totally as an aspect of yourself. See Spirit, God, Goddess, Divine, the Universe in each of them. Surround each person in white light, sending them your love. Allow yourself to merge with them all, experiencing your Oneness. Be aware (beware) of any ‘better than’ or ‘less than’ judgments that might pass through your mind, and remind yourself that in judging others, you judge yourself.

3. Start simplifying your life.
If you don’t know where to start grab pen and paper, and ask yourself: “What do I need to do to simplify my life?” Listen to your heart and be open to whatever answers will come.
Be open for the possibility of making big changes – such as moving to a smaller home, leaving the city, resigning from your job or going part-time, or throwing out your entire wardrobe.

Or you might feel moved to take small, easy steps at first- such as not listening to the news, shopping less often, or limiting your wardrobe to two or three basic colors, which suit you.

Trust your heart - and take action!
4. Spend time in silence in nature.
Use all your senses.
Smell the air, the earth and the flowers.
Listen to the birds, the insects and the wind.
Observe everything as if it was for the first time in your life.

5. For 24 hours choose to have an attitude of YES.
Anything that comes your way, find the YES to it.
If you like it, say YES. If you don’t, say YES. Even if you have a NO, say YES to your NO.
Check your mood and energy at the end of the experiment and if you like it extend the experiment for another 24 hours, another week, another month…

Britney Spears .. Lost of Focus, lack of confidence, high level of stress.

What if she has stress relief techniques? Techniques to build self confidence? A relaxation technique? Would Britney Spears be in the following state?

Off late news, Britney Spears had lost her custody of her children.  She has gone into a series of high risk moves. Spears was charged last month with hit and run and driving without a valid license after she allegedly smashed her car into another in a parking lot in August. Britney is also deemed  a ““habitual, frequent and continuous”” user of drugs and alcohol.

Can we review why such an intelligent, wealthy girl is being spiral down into a pit of negativity.Can she get out of it? It there a way out of this?

Anyone of us can be like her when we start to lose our focus, we will be peaking out,  mostly in our stress band.  In the stress band, all of your thoughts are irrational.  Any actions out of this outcome can be destructive.  The actions can be injurious and critical. We end up doing the wrong things and blaming it on a string of bad luck.  Is that really true? Or we are responsible for the bad luck appearing in our lives as we have attracted them indefinitely?

Now how do we get out of this?
Regain our focus.
The instantaneous techniques of regaining our focus is getting into a relax state.  At this state, your brain waves are traveling at 8- 14 cycles per second. All of your thoughts can be achieved at this state.  Our mind is clear of stress and worries at the Alpha level.  You will be having an empty mind.  With an empty mind,  you will be living in the moment where you can focus on what is in priority.  You will know what is right for you as you can feel within your inner self that the outcome will make you feel good.

Counting your blessings frequently.
We take things for granted. All the abundance around us, goodness we have received, friends around us often go unnoticed.  Start counting your blessings and these blessings will stay with you for a long long time.  Show your gratitude by saying “thank you” is the utmost way of counting your blessings. Showing your gratitude often builds a relationship between us and the Creator.
The Law of Universe will work faster to assist us in getting our solutions.
